Ms. Clem has 25 years of experience with environmental engineering. During this time, she has gained special expertise in the areas of environmental remediation, solid waste management and storm water management, in addition to consumptive uses of water.
Having worked on the Trail Ridge Landfill in Northeast Florida for more than 20 years, Ms. Clem has extensive experience with solid waste and program management. Her responsibilities as the Program Director of the Jacksonville Ash Remediation Program have included: development of Remedial Design Work Plans, Remedial Design Drawings, Remedial Design Reports, and Remedial Action Work Plans for EPA approval, as well as specifications and bid documents for the solicitation of construction services. Additional responsibilities included DEP and Water Management District permitting, design and construction specifications, construction administration, and client representation.
