ETM Partners in the Development of a New Global Headquarters

It has often been said that ETM has turned over every rock in Jacksonville, some of them twice. Why? It's because of our involvement in many of the vital projects tied to the tremendous growth surge Northeast Florida has experienced in the past four decades. Our involvement in North Florida's expanding silhouette is deeply personal. In fact, many of our current Senior Engineers have been with our firm for more than 20 years and have been heavily involved in the development of many of the region's revitalization and growth efforts including Nocatee, the 9B expansion and the St. Johns Town Center.

And as the growth continues, ETM is proud to partner with VanTrust Real Estate LLC on the development of the new Town Center Two development at 5379 Gate Parkway. Town Center Two will be a six-story, 218,700-square-foot building, developed on an 18-acre site with 1,200 parking spaces. It will offer a dining area, fitness center, health clinic, outdoor courtyard and provide occupants with access to a pedestrian walkway under Butler Boulevard to St. Johns Town Center. Town Center Two will be developed next to Town Center One at 5555 Gate Parkway. Both developments are owned by VanTrust Real Estate LLC.

Town Center Two, scheduled for completion in 2019, is slated to become the new corporate headquarters location of Jacksonville, Florida-based Web.com Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:WEB). Web.com, a global provider of internet services to small businesses, offers subscription-based services such as domains, hosting, website design and management, search engine optimization, online marketing campaigns, sales leads, social media and more. In the last 20 years, the company has grown from a small Jacksonville startup to a global employer of nearly 3,800 employees, with nearly 1,000 employees based in Jacksonville.
