The County Road 210 widening from west of South Hampton Club Way  to East of St. Johns Parkway (CR 220) was constructed as part of the Johns Creek Development of Regional Impact. ETM was responsible for the design and permitting of approximately 1 mile of roadway widening from a two- lane undivided rural roadway to a four-lane divided urban roadway, including all of the associated drainage required and utility infrastructure reconstruction, in northern St. Johns County.

Due to the developed nature of the corridor, special design considerations were made to minimize right-of-way acquisition. This project also included the installation of three new interconnected signals located at the CR 210 intersections with South Hampton Club Way, Johns Creek Parkway and Cartwheel Bay Avenue.
