The County Road 244 (Longleaf Pine Parkway) project was constructed as part of the Durbin Crossing Development of Regional Impact, a 2,047 acre mixed use development located in St. Johns County. Durbin Crossing DRI includes approximately 100,000 square feet of commercial space, 70,000 square feet of office space, 1,551 single- family residential units, 947 multi-family units, an elementary school, and 30,000 square feet of community center uses. The segment of County Road 244 that comprised this project serves as the connection between County Road 2209 (St. Johns Parkway) and County Road 223 (Veterans Parkway). ETM oversaw the roadway/utility design, permitting and construction management for the new 2.2 miles of two and four-lane divided sector roadway, including the associated drainage and utility infrastructure in northern St. Johns County.
