An integral component of the Nocatee transportation network is the Single Point Urban interchange that connects Crosswater Parkway (a 4-lane divided urban roadway) with Nocatee Parkway (a 4-lane, limited access facility).
We provided complete design and permitting for this interchange, including the coordination of project design with St. Johns County, the FDOT, utility companies, and adjacent landowners, and also permitted the project with the St. Johns River Water Management District and the US Army Corps of Engineers.
