OakLeaf Community Park is an 82-acre site serving the OakLeaf Plantation area. Located at the south east corner of Branan-Chaffee Road and Plantation Oaks Boulevard adjacent to preserved wetlands, the park includes a mix of recreation fields including baseball, little league, and mixed-use fields.  Other improvements include roadway, parking, concession, and restroom facilities.  ETM worked closely with the community and local government agencies from initial planning through construction documents and bid specifications. Assisted Clay County through the procurement process.

The Oakleaf Amenity Center and Plantation Oaks Amenity Center includes state-of-the-art water parks complete with spraygrounds, play pools, a junior Olympic sized lap pool and slide towers. The center offers community clubrooms, lakeside promenade, fully-equipped fitness facilities, soccer and baseball fields, basketball courts, tennis courts, tot lots and concession areas.
