Sawgrass Village is a 23+/- acre, 235,000 square foot mixed-use lifestyle retail village. It is being redeveloped as an open-air village retail community which includes: a main street area complete with a community green, on-street parking, extensive hardscape and landscape, retail buildings and sit down restaurants. Construction began in January 2013 for Phase I which includes the redevelopment of a Publix and CVS.
AT NOCATEE TOWN CENTER, PONTE VEDRA, FL

Project Costs: $15 Million
Publix/Nocatee Town Center is a 22+/- acre town center development, which includes approximately 750,000 square feet of retail development. Phase I construction consists of the master infrastructure and planning for the overall center, as well as, a 21 acre Publix anchored retail center. This center offers a full range of shopping, goods, offices and services. The project consists of 100,000 square feet of retail with 6 outparcels in Phase I, completed in 2009. Future continuation of Phase 1 will consist of approximately 100,000 square feet of office/retail. Project work included design of master JEA sewage pumping station, master Town Center infrastructure design and coordination with JEA reimbursement funding.
AT BARTRAM PARK, JACKSONVILLE, FL

Publix/Kohl’s Shoppes at Bartram Park is a 35+/- acre, 350,000+/- s.f. town center retail development. This center offers a full range of shopping, goods, offices and services. Project design included a master stormwater pond to handle onsite and portion of Old St. Augustine Road drainage. Development was constructed in four phases and construction started in Fall 2003 and the final phase was completed in 2009.
AT THE ST. JOHNS TOWN CENTER, JACKSONVILLE, FL

Project Costs: $11 Million
The Publix at St. Johns Town Center is a 14 acre retail shopping center development. The site is located on the southside of Jacksonville at the corner of Town Center Parkway and Brightman Boulevard. The project consists of 100,000 square feet of retail with three outparcels including two banks and a restaurant. The center opened in June 2006 and is anchored by Publix and Total Wine.
AT COBBLESTONE CROSSING, JACKSONVILLE, FL

ETM provided professional engineering and planning services for reconstruction of the Publix store at Cobblestone Crossing Shopping Center located at the northeast corner of Monument Road and McCormick Road, Jacksonville, Florida. ETM’s efforts for this project included, preliminary site planning, site geometry plan, concurrency, civil engineering construction plans, stormwater collection system design, water & sewer system design, pump station design, permitting, landscape design, rezoning - PUD modification and contract representation.
AT OAKLEAF PLANTATION, ORANGE PARK, FL

Publix at OakLeaf is a 12+/- acre, 80,000 square foot retail shopping center located in the OakLeaf Plantation. Design and planning began in 2002 with construction starting in January of 2003, and the Grand Opening in August 2003. ETM’s efforts for this project included: preliminary site planning, site geometry plan, concurrency, civil engineering construction plans, stormwater collection system design, water & sewer system design, pump station design, permitting, landscape design, rezoning - PUD modification and contract representation.
