The City of Jacksonville and the Jacksonville Jaguars have come together to renovate the EverBank Stadium. With an investment of $1.4 Billion, this project is set to transform our downtown community, featuring enhanced capacity, state-of-the-art infrastructure, shaded seating, and much more. Plus, it secures the Jaguars’ presence in Jacksonville for the next 30 years, with an estimated $25 Billion boost to our local economy.
Our services on this project include:
- Surveying
- Subsurface Utility Engineering
- Engineering
- Landscape Architecture
- Permitting
If approved by City Council, construction will begin after the 2025 season. To allow for construction, the Jaguars would have reduced seating capacity in 2026 and in 2027, home games will be hosted at another Florida location.
