Wildlight

Wildlight is a master planned community within the ENCPA that encapsulates and displays Raydient’s vision of a successful and thriving community. A mix of single-family, multi-family, office, commercial, and civic uses intertwined with various recreational and natural areas provides a one-of-a-kind experience for those who live, work, and play in this community.

Our firm is providing development consulting, planning and entitlement, engineering, geospatial technology, special district consulting, surveying, and construction inspection services for this project, which furthers our commitment to investing in the Wildlight community.

Client Testimonial – Wildlight (Rayoneir)

Chris Corr – SVP, Real Estate Development: [00:00:00] I don’t think there’s anything more creative than to take an entire landscape and envision a new town, uh, a whole place from the ground up. It’s exhilarating. There’s nothing like it. This was a story of grinding, dreaming it as one thing and doing it as another. Wild light’s, a vision for a master plan community.

Chris Corr – SVP, Real Estate Development: Uh, a mix of uses, uh, over a big, big area. It started because there was a business purpose. We created this premise that said, if, if we take lead over planning over markets, over land, use entitlements over infrastructure, we can yield more value than some other strategy. I would say equally important and simultaneously there was a community purpose.

Chris Corr – SVP, Real Estate Development: This company, you know, almost a hundred years old, has always been stewards over large environmental [00:01:00] landscapes right around the country, around the world. And so there’s an ethic and a responsibility for how you manage those things. We brought that same spirit to community development and we said, you know, looks, we have an opportunity to, to create a higher standard.

Chris Corr – SVP, Real Estate Development: To be a model for others to emulate and, and do it in a way that really does give back to the community. So why start here? One is because of the market potential in, and the other was because of the scale of our holdings here. We knew that if we started here, you know, we had the potential to create value over that landscape for a long, long period of time.

Chris Corr – SVP, Real Estate Development: In the early days when I closed my eyes and, and dreamed of wild light, I saw a town in nature. So I saw a, a, a very natural area. Uh, I saw this low country landscape, dramatic contrasts between water and uh, in forest. I just saw a town built inside of all of that, like how can we preserve and enhance this [00:02:00] culture and landscape of Florida low country, uh, but then turned it into a place that, you know, you look at it and say, it belongs there.

Chris Corr – SVP, Real Estate Development: There’s power in community. I. Right. I mean, incredible power. You focus on education and you realize if you do your community right, you’re gonna create a learning place where people actually learn because they live in this place in a way that would be different if they live somewhere else. I could do the same thing around, uh, health and community, uh, technology environment, outdoor recreation, a friends clubs, activities, all those things that create rich life.

Chris Corr – SVP, Real Estate Development: You can make a difference in people’s lives. If you create the place right and and create an environment where all those things just flourish, that’s what’s happening here and that’s what makes me tick for sure.Chris Corr – SVP, Real Estate Development: This is our why, creating community.
