Premier AEC Internship Experience
Collaborating with universities across Florida, ETM offers a premier internship experience to qualifying interns in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry. This includes development consulting, placemaking, water and utilities, geospatial technologies, traffic design and transportation engineering, construction management, and surveying.
Each intern is partnered with a seasoned mentor who provides expert guidance, engages with the day-to-day operations of the firm, and is presented with the opportunity to apply their academic knowledge to projects.

If a student excels while participating in ETM's Internship experience, they may be invited to join the ETM Accelerator Program. Founded in 2019, the Accelerator Program provides a unique opportunity for undergraduate and post-baccalaureate students to participate in enhanced experiential learning to accelerate professional development and AEC expertise.
