This month, our team of 325+ Trusted Advisors gathered at our Thanksgiving Celebration and Annual Company Meeting to celebrate another great year! Milestone anniversaries were commemorated, accomplishments were highlighted, and there was even a surprise visit from the Jacksonville Jaguars’ Jaxson De Ville and their D-Line!
One of the highlights of our Annual Company Meeting was the much-anticipated 2nd Annual ETM Excellence Awards. These awards were a testament to the remarkable talents and dedication within our organization. Nominees, whether individuals, initiatives, or projects, were selected by their peers. A panel of judges representing various disciplines meticulously reviewed the nominations, identified the finalists, and ultimately selected the winners. This year’s Excellence Award winners were:
Creating Community Award Winner
MATHCOUNTS
MATHCOUNTS is a program that promotes middle school math achievement and emphasizes the importance of STEM. For years, ETM volunteers have helped with the coordination of this event to deliver a fun, educational competition for children in our community. For the 2023 MATHCOUNTS competition, Chase Wilkinson, Senior Transportation Engineer and Project Manager, and volunteers in the ETM office worked into the night, organizing test packets, scoring criteria, shirt delivery, and more. MATHCOUNTS and our colleagues’ efforts with the program exemplify Creating Community. This program brings together volunteers to celebrate the talents of children in our community, fostering a lifelong love of math and inspiring a future generation of engineers, surveyors, and CAD technicians.
Innovation Award
Aerial Solutions
Our Aerial Solutions group provides our clients with accurate topographic survey data faster and at less cost per acre than conventional survey techniques. This program requires fewer manhours on sites, provides a better density and quality of survey data, and provides a consistent quality of data where the results are repeatable and reliable. This team continues to adapt and innovate, ensuring that our technology remains best-in-class, creating efficiency and providing cost benefits for our clients.
Project Excellence Award
Wildlight
Wildlight is a 24,000-acre mixed use master planned community in Nassau County. ETM has worked with our client partner, Rayonier, to not only develop high-level master plan concepts for the community, but also provide entitlement planning, engineering, regulatory permitting, and CEI services for several phases of residential, industrial, and commercial developments. This project seamlessly combines single-family and multifamily residences, office spaces, commercial enterprises, civic amenities, and recreational areas, creating a truly unique and immersive experience for those who call this community home.

Robert’s commitment to innovation consistently brings new technology and capabilities into our projects, ensuring we remain at the cutting edge of our industry.
Corporate Champion
