The Department of Veterans Affairs selected Jacksonville for construction of a new national cemetery, located north of downtown and near the Jacksonville International Airport. The Florida Department of Transportation, District 2 partnered with our team to complete the engineering for this new 3.5-mile-long, 2-lane road provides access to the National Cemetery by connecting Arnold Road to Lannie Road.
ETM provided roadway and drainage design, utility coordination, permitting, and surveying and mapping services. We also supported FDOT’s public engagement efforts.
