We are proud to be the primary Civil Engineer for the Pearl Square project by Gateway Jax in downtown Jacksonville. This unprecedented mixed-used development in Jacksonville's urban core will include:
- 1,250 residences
- 150 hotel rooms
- 200,000 sqft of retail space
- 1 acre of outdoor space
This $500 million dollar project is an investment into the city's future and will be the impetus for further growth as the momentum created from this project is carried through the rest of the urban core. The development is estimated to add $750 million in annual economic impact. It will also include improvements to the surrounding public spaces like widened and shaded sidewalks, park spaces, and a curbless festival street.
