Project Overview
Southeast Toyota Distributors’ 365,000-square-foot auto processing facility at JAXPORT’s Blount Island Marine Terminal represents a major investment in the future of automotive logistics in Florida. Designed to consolidate operations on a single connected campus, the state-of-the-art facility enhances efficiency, increases processing capacity, and strengthens Jacksonville’s role as a leading East Coast gateway for imported vehicles.
The campus features expanded inspection, staging, and distribution areas, along with modernized operational infrastructure to support Southeast Toyota’s long-term growth. The facility received its first shipment of vehicles in late 2025, marking a significant milestone for both JAXPORT and the region’s automotive supply chain.
