At ETM, we are committed to providing our interns with the most enriching and valuable experience possible.

In 2019, ETM inaugurated its internship program with a clear mission: to offer undergraduate and post-baccalaureate students’ invaluable opportunities for growth and mentorship within the AEC industry. 

To celebrate National Internship Day, we met with three remarkable individuals currently participating in our comprehensive internship program – the ETM Accelerator.

Mentorship is a powerful tool that can help to unlock potential in young professionals. It serves as a bridge between the knowledge of experienced professionals and the ambition of those who are just starting out. At ETM and ETM Survey, we are proud to offer hands-on student mentorship opportunities through our ETM Accelerator Program.

Recently, we had the pleasure of sitting down with one of our student interns, Cara Toney (pictured left), to discuss her experience with our ETM Accelerator Program.

Our firm is proud of the many ways we strive to mentor students and young professionals. One way we offer mentorship is through our ETM Accelerator Program at the University of Florida. Just recently, we met with one of our current student interns, Zayne Moore, to discuss the program and his experience.  

Nearly two decades ago, ETM proudly launched our internship program. The purpose? To provide unique growth and mentorship opportunities to undergraduate and post-baccalaureate students in building construction, engineering, and geomatics.  Our internship program is structured to provide real-life, on-the-job experiences that students cannot get in the classroom. Interns are given the opportunity to immerse themselves in the day-to-day tasks of our firm while applying their educational knowledge to real projects. In addition, each intern is provided with a
