ETM Celebrates Another Great Year at 2024 Annual Company Meeting

Our team of Trusted Advisors gathered for our Thanksgiving Lunch and Annual Company Meeting to celebrate another great year! Milestone anniversaries were commemorated, accomplishments were highlighted, and we promoted our new CEO, Tyler Matthews.

One of the highlights of our Annual Company Meeting was announcing the winner of the Annual ETM Excellence Awards. These awards were a testament to the remarkable talents and dedication within our organization. Nominees, whether individuals, initiatives, or projects, were selected by their peers. A panel of judges representing various disciplines meticulously reviewed the nominations, identified the finalists, and ultimately selected the winners. This year’s Excellence Award winners were:

Creating Community Award Winner

Summer Games

Summer Games Award

The ETM Summer Office Olympics fosters an atmosphere of laughter, healthy competition, and camaraderie among ETM employees. This event brings together staff from all departments and levels of seniority, encouraging them to bond and strengthen relationships over some fun Olympic-themed games. The games enhance our workplace culture, promote team spirit, and create lasting memories for participants and spectators. The Office Olympics celebrates our collective energy, creativity, and enthusiasm, contributing to a more vibrant and connected ETM community.

Innovation Award

Jaguar’s Stadium of the Future

Comprehensive topographic, boundary, and Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) surveys were meticulously conducted for the renovation project of the Jaguar’s new stadium. Given the stadium’s history of multiple renovations, the site presented a complex challenge due to the presence of an extensive network of existing utilities. These pre-existing utilities significantly complicated the mapping process, requiring careful consideration and advanced techniques to ensure accuracy.

Overall, the surveys demanded a high level of expertise and innovation to overcome the numerous obstacles presented by the site’s history, scale, and urban setting.
