ETM provided CEI services for the design/build SR 50 Bridge Replacement project. The project consisted of removing and replacing two existing substandard bridges with new widened bridges to accommodate the eventual widening of SR 50 through that area. The Econlockhatchee River is a sensitive state protected waterway requiring special attention regarding erosion control and turbidity monitoring. Safe pedestrian passage throughout construction was a requirement of the contractor and monitored by ETM staff. New sidewalks and ADA compliant ramps were installed.
ETM facilitated utility coordination for the relocation of some conflicting fiber optic cable. ETM provided management and inspection services, documented quantities, provided materials testing, and prepared monthly pay estimates.
